MS-DOS  is a Disc Operating System that is developed by Microsoft co-corporation. it is a command-line interface. Thus due to this, it is very difficult to work and handle.

MS-Dos is a single-user, single-tasking, operating system. single-tasking means it is capable of doing one action at a time.

The main system part of MS-Dos consists of three files.

1. IO.SYS

2. MSDOS.SYS

3.COMMAND.COM

MS-DOS COMMANDS

Command are the set of instructions given to the computer to perform certain tasks.

There are two types of commands.
